Authentica has agentic AI in production with enterprise supply chain customers across defense, manufacturing, food and industrial sectors. The product converts senior buyers reliably once they engage. The constraint is the front of the funnel.

We are hiring a VP of Sales to own that constraint and build the team around it.

About Authentica

Authentica is an agentic AI platform for enterprise supply chain. Our agents do the operational work that large supply chains still run by hand — e.g., auditing, S&OP, MRP optimization, document processing and compliance. Customers describe what they need in natural language. We build their organization’s ontology, benchmarks and automations. Agents execute end-to-end with human approval on the work that matters.

Three things make this hard to copy.

Hybrid Determinism. Agents reason about ambiguity in natural language and hand off to deterministic engines for anything that has to be exactly right.

Agents that hold up under independent scrutiny. Our reliability and safety on customer-specific workflows is well above what public agentic benchmarks report at frontier scale. We share the methodology and the numbers with serious enterprise buyers.

Forward Deployed Engineering. Every customer gets an embedded engineer who configures integrations, ships custom automations and agents. Customers ship code with our team, not tickets to a queue.

The platform is SOC 2 reviewed.

The role

You will own global commercial growth. In the first ninety days you grow pipeline against a defined ICP, largely driven by your existing network. In the first six months you hire and lead a small team. In the first year you convert a strong founder-led sales motion to a scaled enterprise motion.

The CEO and the VP of Corporate Development run close, customer success, and strategic accounts alongside you. You own the top of the funnel and the team that fills it.

What we expect from you

  • Track record taking an enterprise SaaS or AI company from early to meaningful revenue
  • A real network of senior enterprise buyers in supply chain, finance, operations, or compliance
  • Closed complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with sophisticated technical buyers
  • Built and led sales teams, not just carried a quota
  • Fluent in agentic AI as a category
  • Elite written and verbal communication
  • Commercial rigour — clean pipeline, honest forecasting, deal review discipline
